You can't get tickets to go to the seller's house. No matter what items you look for, you can get the ticket to warp/change channels to go there. As seen above, you can click the lit buttons to get the ticket to move to the housing area, but clicking it doesn't do anything. You don't get the ticket at all.
Then there's the unlit ones.

Is this a bug?

Those items have errors in their alt-pressed name:
-Some minigems show a bunch of numbers while others do not. Pihne, Altam, Avalon Wing-eared rabbit minigems (that i could check for sure) show an ID number.

Ex: one altam minigem's alt-key name is 4767482419118352, a pihne minigem is 4767482419086147. Older minigems do not show this.

-Some personal shop bags, once placed down, are either untranslated or show an ID when Alt is pressed.

Ex:
-xml.propdb.6821, the 10th anniversary shopping bag.
-Alban knights emblem shopping bag is untranslated.
-Fez shopping bag is untranslated.
-Tia shopping bag is untranslated.


I suspect more recent bags have the same issue as well.

I expect the text of their personal shop kits to be translated. They should be translated into "Fez's/Tia's Personal Shop" or "Fez's/Tia's Personal Shop Kit/Set". Or something along those lines. You can see other bag names as an example here:

When speaking to the spirit weapon, the NPC portrait is supposed to have a glow around it and this is obviously misaligned from the portrait itself.

Make an ego spirit weapon, equip it, right click and talk to it.

c) What do you expect to happen instead?
The glow should be aligned to the character portrait and not significantly lower than it.
