Royal Alchemist Advice?

I became a royal alchemist recently. And it doesn't seem like I'm gaining any points. In the five hours that I played, I completed one shadow mission. Currently doing G11. and since one of the quest sent me back to sinead, I decided to check my points and it said I'd only gained two points. This didn't seem to correlate with the Wiki or any of the forums I've seen on how to earn points. From my calculations I should atleast have gained six points Any advice?

For the Mysterious phoenix feather sword, has anyone gotten a casting speed reforge on one if so I would like confirmation since it is a wand / sword.

There are 2 reasons why i think this could have happened. I forgot to cancel the "7 pages" sm and i talked to Sinead. The talk to Sinead part of the quest was checked but i never got the sm. noticed that i had the 7 pages sm still on the alch quest line i canceled it and tried to talk with her again. I was thinking it was just the "you have another sm right now, can't give you the quest" but this time i get a "what can i do for you?" and nothing else. The second reason could be because of my char who started with all the alch skills because of the hero card but i had no problems with the life drain or rain cast quests. Already tried the following: cc, log out, reboot game, pick a random sm and cancel it, try some keywords. so far no results. I'm also on the Andra's test quest but i made sure to not have a sm with her so i don't think that could be the problem ether.

Pepper-Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin?

I've tried learning Martial Arts on 2 characters now, each time I get to where Cecilia wants me to make the "Pepper-Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin" but when I try it does not show up in the recipe list at all, the closest is "Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin", the way...alright, I'm drawing a blank on the NPC's name here...that cook at the restaurant that tells you the "Golden Ratio" stresses "That's Pepper, not Salt!" I thought maybe that meant switching out the salt the recipe called for for the pepper he mentioned, but each time it just comes out as Food Waste. I tried using the search bar but nothing even remotely related came up whether I searched "Martial Arts", "Knuckles", "Silk-Striped Marlin", or any other keyword I could think of that might apply.
Is it even possible to make Pepper-Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin"? If so, what is the actual recipe name since that does not appear anywhere in the list(and I've checked for it at least 30 times)?
Oh, and just so you know, the first of the two characters who I attempted this with has r8 Cooking, no shaking at all in the ingredients bar, and I'm 100% positive I came at least within 2~3% of the "Golden Ratio" the NPC told me to use.

I greatly appreciate any information you can give me on this before I try to gain the skills on any other alts.

*EDIT* Yes, I have already checked the wiki but it seems to imply the recipe should be there and clearly labeled...Given that everything seems to indicate that same thing, yet it isn't showing for me at all on any character I have with the Cooking skill, I'm almost ready to submit a support ticket saying my account is bugged or something.

I went through and took screenshots of the entire baking list with the two recipes closest to Cecilia's "Pepper-Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin" and Ysolte's "Show-Off Pork Steak" marked so you can see what I am talking about. Substituting pepper for the salt in the "Grilled Silk-Striped Marlin" recipe as was implied by Fraser when telling you the "Golden ratio" for the grilled marlin results in Food Waste rather than becoming "Pepper-grilled", and substituting the Pork Steak for the Beef Steak normally called for by the "Show-Off Steak" also results in Food Waste rather than becoming "Show-Off Pork Steak", but those two are the closest recipes in the list to what the quest calls for so I'm out of ideas for a way to complete these without simply refusing to help the girls do their cooking.

Alchemy: Demonic Hellfire Cylinder +5 fire upgrade

Hey everyone. I decided to finally upgrade the Hellfire I've gotten recently, I "Fire Alchemy" upgraded it with a sequence like this: 8+2+2+3. After that I should be able to do the +5 upgrade of Fire "Element Alchemy Skill's Damage".
However, this upgrade is not listen in Eabha or Heledd's upgrades.
So I thought, maybe the upgrade is not discovered yet? I read that upgrade discoveries reset every week, but I don't know if this is true.
If it does not reset, then how is it possible that nobody has found the 5th upgrade yet since Royal Alchemist was released...?

Unless I don't understand something here.
I've been asking everywhere, nobody knows so far...
I even talked to someone who had a +20 hellfire cylinder, so it SHOULD be possible to upgrade the +5th somewhere, right?

Mana Shield Reduction reforge?

I'm thinking to buy a glove with this reforge but after some googling, I am confused, is it useless after you reached a certain amount of magic attack? Some people said if I ever want to become a mage, this reforge is useless. I'm not sure on the mechanism behind the reduction rate, nor do I want to understand anyway, what I want to know is whether it is helpful for me for survivability, since I mostly play solo.

im not sure if its a glitch or something else...i was commerceing with my elephant and turned in goods, commerce skill went from rank 6 to 5. i went to grab more good and the elephant no longer showed up as an option, is this because of my current commerce rank or is this a problem?
*i also checked orge incase for some reason id have to rebuy the elephant but no option like that showed

Help! S-type or R-type upgrade for Devil Slayer?

I want to special upgrade a Devil Slayer but I'm not quite sure if I should go S-type (min & max damage) or R-type (critical strike damage) for maximum damage output.

My actual damage with the Devil Slayer is 229-327 and have r1 Critical Strike and r1 Smash.

What would you recommend and why?

So....... I started working on the squires today. Got my first couple hints before I ran out of seals, everythign went smoothly. I was using the spreadsheet linked on the wiki and trying out the online tool as well.

Except my confirmed likeability-raising keywords don't match any of the spreadsheet patterns at all? they don't match the special percentage keywords either. I am so confused. Is there an updated guide? or uh, I don't know. Nothing matched. I'm confused.

Guys , one of my friends has a problem with obtaining the skill and after trying everything we don't know what to do ,so I am posting this here.Everything is okay , but when he reaches the part with the sketch , Nicca doesn't want to take it and that's for the first one ,we don't know what will happen for the second one.
