Emergency! My Main Is GONE!Fixed

I need someone to tell me that this is just a glitch and my MAIN didn't just delete itself!
Shes GONE!
Iv logged in about 3 times now and shes not coming back!
Yes iv subbed a ticket! YES iv Restarted my computer!
I AM NOT OK WITH THIS NEXON!

I lost power at my hose at 2pm , I did what i normally do when that happens turn the comp back on and wait for it to reload everything, restart if necessary.
I NEED someone to tell me what happened and how this can be fixed because I have put so much time into her and i do NOT want to start over!

I Actually got some help from Live Chat support. Guess well see what happens next.

Expired Event Items, no way to get rid of them

I have an Extremely Refined Shadow Crystal (Event) and a Combat Quadruple EXP Potion (30 min) (Event) that are Time Expired. They cannot be dropped. They do not have an option to be destroyed. They cannot be given to NPC. So they are taking up space that new characters really do not have enough of. What can I do with these things?

It's not news that since the dungeon revamp, taming wild animals has become a nightmare to deal with, especially in regards to dungeon bosses.

I've been stuck with the last 5 monsters in my taming journal untamed for years due to this, however they'd recently "fixed" this issue by creating a minimum success rate of 0.1% (or, 1 in 1000 chance)
3 actual living days STRAIGHT of attempting to tame a cyclops has left me feeling quite defeated so I'm seeking advice on the last 5 monsters I need for my journal.
I have all generations clear, so I can't utilize those except for Saga. I also have all skills at Rank 1, so assumedly my CP is very high and shouldn't cause issues.

Here's my set-up:
Life Taming Cane (Effectiveness 3 (+?%)) with a Level 10 Reforge for Taming Success. (+15%)
Shrimp Taming Bait (Effectiveness 6 (+?%))
Rank 1 Control of Darkness (Wiki says this passively helps an unknown amount)
Master of Taming (+?%)
Tupai 2nd Title: (+10%)

Mirror Witch: This isn't an issue; I just need to find a Giant. I doubt she'll be a problem.

Cobweb Mummy: Alby Adv, right? I seem to get pretty unlucky with spawning these as I've not had a solo run in recent memory where they've spawned. Do they only spawn in instances with multiple players?
Note: I haven't recently checked if Alban Training's Cobweb Mummies count towards taming, but I don't think they could be tamed...

Cyclops: With all of my generations complete, I can't do the Chapter 4 quest that forces you to tame a Cyclops. This monster's been beating me down for the past few days with thousands of bait shoved down the drain.
Do the Cyclops in Boss Rush count? I assume they're easier to tame due to them running on the old version of the dungeon.

Banshee: Another Monster who has cost me over 200 hours of grinding bait and wiggling a stick at.
Are there other versions of Banshee that are easier to tame than the one in Peaca Basic?

I have sent in multiple tickets at different times. I never ticket too close, I wait for a response. I have posted in the Tech support section because I figure that's where the issue belongs but I am getting 0 response there as well.

The issue is that the client continously crashes daily. It is pretty impossible to even play now because it happens so often. They refuse to response and give any answers and it's starting to upset me because I work hard for my money and I spend it on Mabi to enjoy my time and relax from all the stress. The fact that they refuse to respond at all is the bigger problem. they are doing nothing but flat out ignoring issues the game has now. can I please get help and have some GM somewhere see this and inform the staff???? PLEASE HELP!

R2 to R1 weapon reforge

It appears that something has changed in-game. One used to be able to get a weapon to R1 reforge status after using 30 fine reforges which appears not to be the case anymore.

My question for help is to know how to turn a R2 reforged weapon into a R1?

Of all the questions to ask that is of benefit to my gameplay needs I currently need this one answer to complete my weapon's status of being my most prized.

For the past 4 hours i've been wandering around the plains for the Clay Flute to increase my Music Knowledge skill. All chest i've come across only contain enchant scrolls and hp 50 potions. Is there another way to obtain the item?

Production Master required to fish Golden Yarn?

Since the event has started, i was able to fish up 5 Yarns; my Fishing and Production skills are at 1

My GF who had started playing the game recently received 0 Yarns . She didn't have Production Mastery. Last night, we got her Production mastery and over night she was able to fish up 2 Yarns.

If any new players are having trouble getting these yarns, make sure you have Production Mastery skill as it appears to be needed to fish these yarns!

So I'm trying to use the skill Glyph Design, but when I click it it says you need magic parchment. I have several in my inventory that I made with stationary crafting. What am I doing wrong? why can't I use glyph design when I have magic parchment in my inventory.

So this is basically a rebirth potion without having to rebirth at all , right? Does that mean you could keep using these during one rebirth cycle to get insanely high stats?

Okay so... before latest update a few people were having issues with the soothing Tree Mini game not working. I being one of them sent in ticket after ticket at different times until I finally got a response for the issue. Next thing I know i'm trying to do the fishing event its too laggy and I just quit for a bit. Now I just got back on and apparently looking through the email of the responding GM they actually went onto my account(Without asking permission) and bypassed the mini-game. But the problem is my main Inventory window is not showing up and from the looks of it all but one doll bag INV are showing. The one that isnt has all my gold boxes in it and this is freaking me out. What do I do?

I was playing and then couldnt move, tried to log out.
Logged into character select and my character was a black cloak, couldnt login with it or any others.

Anyone know whats going on? No mention of it anywhere on the website or the forums.

Not really much to say, unless the picture above doesn't work cause I don't know how to place pictures into forums. But yeah, love how it was meant to fix us being locked out of the game when we get disconnected but now it doesn't even register our account when we click to disconnect and try again. And how can it be wrong when I use steam for it anyway? And I tried it on Nexon Launcher, still does the same thing.

I almost prefer how it was before, at least I didn't have to input my second password to find out if my character had been logged out or not.

I'm doing the quests for the new glyph skills and am at the part where it wants me to use the formulation skill. I can only use formulation on 2 star glyphs however any time I create an imprint it always comes out 3 star am I doing something wrong?

Exploration quest: Tower stone statue

Hiya! I've been doing a few exploration quests around Iria for fun. But, having an issue with 'Find the Tower Stone Statue buried in sand' quest where you're supposed to use the Cold wind L-rod to dig up part of the tower in Longa Desert. I found something that isn't showing up when using the rod, so tried moving the sand since still getting 4 beeps. But, game keeps showing 'You can't change the landscape here.' Really need help since I don't know what's going on, and really wanna know what it is I found.

I did the Lorna and Pan ones and I have started the Advent of the Goddess ones. Should I continue to work on the Advent ones or work on something else first? Any suggestions would be very helpful. how come when i click the EXIT button after i complete the mission successfully a popup asks me if i want to forfeit the mission then leave...i did the Nowhere To Run, and it says MISSION COMPLETE...but when i try to leave i get that popup...any ideas about what's going on
