I just got r9 First Aid and the description says that the Hellhound skull can be obtained in Math adv for 3. Now that we only have Math adv, can I get the skull from there? I did about 5 runs, two solo and tree with others, no skull dropped.

I recently came back to the game after a good break and noticed all the dungeon updates (which I am largely happy about). However, I've been having some trouble regarding the changes to Hardmode dungeons, specifically Rundal Basic Hardmode.

Before I left, I was trying to get a good Patron Wear set. The only way other than events (as far as I know) to get the Patron Shoes - is Rundal Basic Hardmode and it seems they have (completely?) done away with Basic Hardmode dungeons.
