I did that and it worked amazingly for me. What I meant about slayer title, it's the one that said such as Golem Slayer, Ogre Slayer and such (I've just tried these tho).

And also I remember I took the said pass YESTERDAY (my timezone, mind you), before maintenance, and it still works fine.
And today, I found out that I cannot take the pass whether I equip a slayer title or not. This happens right after this maintenance. Am I missing something? or this is a known bug? Or they change some systems for it? Can anyone clarify? If anyone knows the solution, please let me know. I'm not gonna run normal Barri after dungeon revamps, it gets tedious and I prefer to do it quickly, without having to ask someone to help me.

And also lots of stones for step 5-ing them which I also found impossible to do since I can't even pass step 2 without lucky stones.

Do people really keep remaking the same weapon over and over again to step 5 and then praying that one of them will go to step 6?

And before the step 6 protection stone that can be purchased during the peddler event, I understand that protection stones are rarely given out right? Do everyone just risk blowing up their expensive weapon like a CRK to get to step 6? I see a lot of people having step 6 weapons, they are so common that I don't understand how they achieve it so easily. I only tried twice step 6-ing my CRK with 2 protection stones, but I failed both :'(

If im trying to focus Water Cannon as my main damage source, what would be the ideal enchants/reforges on my gear to have the best damage output?

As of right now i have [Rain Cast Water Cannon Damage 20] on my armor. (Just got it last night, pretty excited about it)
On my boots i have [Rain Cast Cooldown 9]. I was hoping for a higher rank but even with level 9 i can keep a constant cloud up, which is what i was going for.

As for enchants i don't have any. I had a Moist Ripple Tidal Wave Cylinder but i ended up making it BU years ago. Just now figuring out i should do red. So i have to make a new cylinder, likely going to make/buy a Demonic Abyss Cylinder and RU it.

I probably should have gotten a Cressida Set with at least the Water Cannon set effect on it, but i instead used a dollar store set that was already rank 1, trying to save myself some IRL cost with the Credne Reforges. Right now i am running an Tara Infantry Helm, Dark Knight Armor/Boots, and i don't have any rank 1 gloves yet.

The body and the boots I'm not looking to change because i got the reforges i wanted for a constant cloud and the rain cast water cannon damage. As for any other changes I'm all ears.

looking at the wiki. it does say they only do 80% of the dmg the regular spell would do.

The damage of Mana Crystallization Crystals is not affected by Balance of any kind. On average, their balance is considered to be 50%.
Mana Crystallization crystals are unaffected by Magic Attack, and are significantly weaker than their magical spell counterparts.

ok...so i can see how they'd do less dmg. but is it that much less?

also..can they not crit?

Spells cast with these crystals do not gain bonus damage from Criticals. However, Critical Hit Training is still received.

What I have figured out so far is that it takes specific gems and you have to fully mod the weapon, and you have to have it at 100% Prof
I'm doing the Vales Great sword and have Gems that exceed the requirement and have maxed out my normal mods.
So exactly how do I Gem upgrade?

I've seen some people say you need to ask the NPC about upgrade details
but what NPC?

I've noticed if I am logged in and tries to go to someone's homestead on Channel 1, the dialog box that warns you about switching channels does not show up anymore.

I do not know what it means by this. I looked on the wiki and it showed Fleta , Short Swordsmanship School Uniform (F), Long Swordsmanship School Uniform (F) and Long Swordsmanship School Uniform (M).
