Problem with delivering the clay flute to effie

So no matter how much I try she just wont take the flute. Ive made sure i had the quest, tried putting the flute in different inventories, checked for any other available quests and she still doesnt respond. Help would be nice thank you

There's another item that goes by the name "Clay Flute" that comes from the Longa Dungeon Artifact Chest

That one DOESN'T count for this quest.

In Rano, search around with L-rods to find treasure chests.
It can be found inside of those treasure chests.
