Celtic Chainblade Crafting Mats?

I know a friend on Tarlach server has a book on the basis of the mats needed, but what is the full list now that chainblade was released? I'm not a blacksmith and I don't really know any to see if they can take a look. There's no wiki on about it at the moment so I'm ?? does anyone know?
