Status indicator for Chain Cylinder

This is simple: there is no status indicator that shows whether Chain Cylinder is on or off (like Meditation for example), and no activation indicator either, like Mana Shield. I think there should be. You do, of course have the effect when it triggers, but since it does not trigger 100% of the time, there is no way to know if it's on for sure until it does, aside from opening the skill window to the Alchemy page.
