Auction House - 'This Item Cannot Be Listed'

in Incomplete Bugs
Not entirely sure if this is a bug or not but, some of my more 'older' items say 'This Item Cannot Be Listed'.
So far the items it says this for is:

-Delightful Orchestra Costume (F Giant)?
-Rock Star Outfit
-Asuna Sao Shoes

I'm curious as to if this is on purpose, and why.
