Artifacts of Bean Rua quest

I have been trying to do the "Artifacts of Bean Rua" quest.
For several mabinogi days I sat in her club waiting for her so I can do the quest to unlock another chain blade skill.

On the wiki it says she appears randomly but I was wanting to see if anyone had a little more knowledge on the situation; Perhaps someone could tell me if she spawns on a certain day, or if I can't camp the location and I have to walk in when she's already in there.

    Update: I found a time tracker for her on the old wiki forum. I tried on several time occasions to try to catch her but she was never there. I wonder if it's a game glitch and we can no longer do the quest. If so, this might need to be sent up if possible.

    That tracker is accurate. It gives her whereabouts using IRL time for the servers (the ones in the pacific time zone). At the top of the tracker it shows the in-game time, the local time(where your at) and the server time(which the tracker uses). Those trackers are life savers.

    I found that out the hard way haha. Thank you though for your help. I thought it was in game time.
