Cannot use Golden Sprout HS item

Hello. When I use the Golden Sprout inside my HS, I get the error that there's someone in the HS (yeah, me), and when I do it outside the HS it tells me to use it inside the HS. Any solutions?

    Double check your visitor list, but most importantly make sure your homestead isn't above Lv14. The error message might be incorrect but you cannot use the Sprout if your level is Lv14 or higher.
    If that's not the case, send in a ticket.

    My HS is level 10, and I don't know anyone so no one can be in my HS.
