How To Unlock Rooms In Homestead House?

So, I should've asked this a long time ago but I kept putting it off.
How the hell do you unlock the extra rooms in your Homestead House? As it stands I only have 3 rooms unlocked and there are 4 I can't access. The house assistant tells me absolutely nothing, I never saw anything on the patch notes when they first added the houses, and it just keeps telling me "You can't open it yet." whenever I click on the doors.

    Not all rooms are available to be unlocked at the moment.

    Look for updates to the homestead housing function coming sometime in the future.

    In any case, once you've upgraded your house to the biggest size (Mansion), you've reached the current maximum amount of open rooms you can get for now.

    Okay, I've had my house as a mansion since before they added the update where you could go inside.
    Either way, thank you. I had no clue and it was driving me crazy since there are 5 talent options but I can only have 3.
