Minor revamp for whispers

Instead of having to write @[ign] to reply to whispers, make it so we can just write @r, to make whispers in mabi easier to use

    But how the game will know to which person you want to whisper...? If you are whispering with multiple people, it won't work.

    And isn't whisper for only when the certain person is nearby?

    You need to be in same channel i think. That's the only thing that matters.
