G23 Fever Medicine

So, I'm at the part in G23 where I've been given 5 bottles of this Fever medicine and the description says I should give it to ppl that look sick. Should I be doing that? Cause Tracy look's sick and I'm worried if I should give him a bottle, or should I wait at some point where all the bottles will be needed.

Asking here, because I looked on a wiki and it didn't say much about giving the medicine or not.

    You'll naturally hand the medicine out during through the events, so don't worry about trying to give it to anyone in particular.
