I am willing to put a slot on hold, but if I have to put it on hold for more than a week due to lack of references or payment, I will cancel and open the slot to others.
I take payment in advance, meaning I start work after having received the payment in full.
The prices listed on my page are not negotiable, sorry.
DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL I HAVE CONFIRMED THAT I WILL BE ACCEPTING YOUR COMMISSION.

Refunds
Once I already had your commission confirmed and have been paid, I do NOT do refunds. So please think it over carefully before contacting me.
Refunds are not given for completed pieces. If you have any concerns about the image, please voice them before the commission is finished.
