Attendance Item Not Received (Winter 2019)

Help! I collected all the winter Attendance stamps for the 2019 (Fantastic Melody Piano) but the final item, the piano, is nowhere in my inventory!

I was away from my device when the last stamp was received. When I returned, I checked all of my inventory (All bags, VIP, Me, Soul stream).
I realized that my inventory was full and connected it to why I didn't get it. What should I do? ;c

    Ooof. Because of the size, this is going to be a common issue for people.
    The only other thing you can do is send in a ticket and hope.

    The function still exists, so might as well make use of it.

    Aw crud it happened to me too. But my inventory wasn't full, which is weird. How big was that piano?

    I heard someone picked up a dropped piano from a afking player who likely had the stamp for the piano for the day.

    Jeez.. either stupidity or just horrid luck..
    My inventory was full too so it was in my temp, but I got back soon enough to make room lol

    My inventory was also full. Good thing I was gathering potatoes at the time in empty fields. Dropped the piano for a few seconds to rearrange my inventory and made it work.

    101% possible. I picked Tulip Umbrella once from afk player during Attendance event in Doki Doki Island.

    Temp inventory item drops probably make over half the loot dropped to the ground. I think there was more back then than today.

    Well there's also the chance of this breaking something else. Like accidentally activating the old equipment drop system that made people lose stuff. That would be hilarious and even though I mentioned it here and if they implemented something like that it would still happen and I would be like I TOLD YOU SO. Lol.
