Can't complete ice spear quest?

Heyo,

I came back from a long hiatus and noticed I didn't have ice spear. The only thing left to do on my quest log for it, is to complete the book. I have all five pages but can't seem to find the book anywhere. I also don't know where to get another copy of the book to complete it. Hoping maybe ya'll can point me in the right direction.

    You can talk to Stewart in the Dunbarton School to get the book again. :)
