Homestead house boarded rooms question

So I cant find any recent info on this but how to open those rooms? Apparently it was coming soon back in 2018-2019 but im not sure if its the keywords I search with or nexon forgot about it.

    Hey, I remember somebody else asking about this! I don't think a concrete answer was found. :(

    From what I know, they are opened by upgrading your house to a mansion
