A couple questions about society.
1 ) Given only these two choices, which is better?
A ) Everyone in society that needs help gets it but it means that some folks can cheat?
B ) We can ensure no cheating but it means that some folks that need help don't get it?
2 ) If society can't be fair to everyone then, given only these two choices, which is better?
A ) Be unfair to the rich and powerful?
B ) Be unfair to the non-rich and non-powerful?
