WINTER FISHING EVENT HOT-TIME: No Bait?

Not sure if I'm doing something completely wrong but according to the Winter Fishing Event event details, you are supposed to receive 70 "Iceberg Smelt Bait Feeders" upon login during the hot time days. I have been registered with the event since before the hot time and have not gotten the 70 Iceberg bait on either of the two days. I have relogged and changed channels several times since yesterday and today with nothing given.

Can others relate? Am I the only one this is happening with or am I doing something wrong?
