Getting kicked off the game continuously

In the last 3 hours I have been kicked out of the game 4 times. When I try to get back it. It says . ( Your are already logged in. Do you want to disconnect and Try try again) Then I say yes and it tells me Your account name is invalid , Please check to see if have your caps lock key on or if you have misspelled your information. Then its lets me on when I try again. Completely annoying. It does this over and over.
