Legendary Shield Stone displaying wrong location

So, I was going out to get the Stone of the Legendary Shield from the Pixel Dungeon event. I completed the dungeon and saw that Ferghus is the one to craft it via the item description. When I went to him, I saw that there was no option. I was very confused until I looked up the event page and saw that the actual person that crafts it is Elen. Is there going to be a change in the description of the item?
