Cannot add Herbona Robe to Dressing room

I have tried to add my hebona robe to my dressing room to no avail. I can't even find a slot for it. It isn't character locked, so I have no idea why. Please help or explain this

    Dumb suggestion but make sure you're under the robe tab. Also make sure you check the box that says "collectible items" at the bottom of the dressing room. It could also be that you already have one collected or perhaps you're searching for it and making a typo like you did in the title of this thread: Hebona not Herbona.

    There are some items that can't be placed in the Dressing Room for whatever reason. I'm unsure about the Hebona Robe, but it may be one of these items.

    I finally figured it out. Blonde/ senior moment. It was because I had another one in the robe section. God...... I feel so dumb
