Homework Notice Board Removal

Problem: When Homework quests are complete and the Homework Notice Board is removed, character is stuck in place. CC or relog is necessary to move again. Removal while in homestead requires full relog to continue.

    Can confirm. I initially thought it happened because it was a trick the notice board person was playing on the Milletian.
