Not Getting Moonlight Traveler's book

I have a new account with a new character under cumlative level 1000 but for some reason, I'm not getting the quest (Go Outside Tir Chonaill) Without it I can't get the Moonligh Traveler Book. Help!

    You won't be receiving that quest or that book. It's one of the old tutorial quests that got removed when they streamlined the entire new player tutorial into the updated Memory Book storyline.

    You can still click on gates and tunnels to save them to your map, and you can still use the Traveler's Guide to instantly warp to any of them. I would recommend using that to save all the locations while it's still free for your character.
