We would like to address the community as recently there have been spam messages invoked across the screen by users who are manipulating the game. Our team has been aware of these messages and have been investigating. We would like to ensure that these messages are not official. Any official announcements will be posted on official Nexon channels, including the
Mabinogi Website,
Mabinogi Forums, the
Mabinogi Steam page, and the
Official Mabinogi Discord server. We will continue to monitor this situation and work with our development team to provide the best service possible to Mabinogi.
Additionally, we've detected the usage of third-party programs used for illicit or malicious intent, and have banned approximately 107 accounts today. While we cannot disclose the details of the bans directly, we can state that those affected were only those detected for using potential hacking software.
