Once you have leveled all your combat Skills to 1 and you still don't have 1800 for the event and in general (I have 1647) what's the best way to increase it?

You can always get a Red Scar Longsword from Alby Intermediate and just pretend you have more combat level by holding it as your primary weapon. ...If... that's what you're talking about

lol No, I'm talking about raising my combat level to 1800 and then higher so I can do B and A quests for Stardust.

    Combat Skill levels

Every time you rank up any combat related skill it will increase by 1 (excluding dan ranks and transformation skills)
considering rA stardust quest require a skill level of 2000 there are still skills for you to rank up.

If you have successfully gotten every combat skill you have to rank 1 already, you should browse unlearned to find out which skills you don't have. Also remember that music skills and construct alchemy skills are also considered 'combat skills'

Thank! If you use a Reset Capsule so the skill goes back to F will you get points when you level again or are points a one time thing?

Using a reset capsule will cause your levels to go down until you re-rank the skills.
The skill level is an active tracking of how many skill ranks you have.
