Eat delicious dish?

What is requirement eat delicious dish? I have eaten lot of different kind fermented food that were delicious or heavenly when I made them but training won't work.

    My cooking rank is 3. I have made delicious meals about half year ago and got that time 8/20 to "Eat a delicous fermented dish" but now it won't work.

    I'm having the same problem with rank 8 deliciously stir fried dishes. I have made almost every stir fry recipe in the game multiple times outside of the newer stuff like kraken. All of them were at least 4 some even 5 star. Only once did I get the requirement tried again with the same dish and it didn't count. There is no feedback on what im doing wrong, not enough information. The wiki doesn't elaborate on it either outside of "some 2 ingredient recipes don't count". And I am using the more complex versions of recipes where they are available since I read on the forums those are the ones you need. I'm losing my sanity here trying to figure this out, wasting so much time on my training potions its infuriating.

    Doesn't it say some thing like it could have used X% more of this or there was Y% too much of that? Or did it just say, great job: four stars!

    In case you're not, make sure to train using the level 200 bonus.
