Didn't get item from auction house
I bought an item off the auction house board, worth about 100000 gold. (just a direct dye ampoule.) It showed up on my listings, with the "claim" button, so I hit claim.
I checked my inventory, and couldn't find it. I used the search function to search "Dye", because it was just a Dye ampoule. However nothing showed up. There was no dye ampoule throughout my entire inventory. I double checked a few times, and I'm pretty sure that it took the gold from my account, without ever actually putting the ampoule in my inventory after claiming it. I'm not really sure what happened, but it seems like an issue, especially if it were to happen when buying something much more valuable. i'm really sure i didn't get the item, i checked several times with the search function, and i know that it's case sensitive, so i made sure to type it correctly. i thought maybe just the "claim" button click didn't go through, so i tried refreshing my listings a few times, but the dye ampoule went missing as if i had already claimed it.
