Part time jobs contribution points locked/capped?

I have been enjoying doing part time jobs and upon discovering the leaderboard I wanted to try my hand at it. However I've found my contribution points have been locked at 9,000 for 2-3 days now.

Is there a weekly cap for contribution points that I am unaware of?

I tried the wiki and even looked at the patch notes where they changed the part time job system but I have found nothing so any info would be appreciated, thanks.

    There shouldn't be a cap on the amount of PTJ contribution points. Can you provide a screenshot or video showing your contribution points before and after you do a PTJ?
