Royal Association un favored for elf/gaints?

as i read that the journal achivments are counted for royal points.
then this means elfs and gaint miss out on points becauce for example (lance/Knight) cant be learned by elfs.
meaning they never can get those journal points :c

how that fair.. :c

i know now its just a few points but evry points count right :c

    "For Elves and Giants, up to 60 bonus points will be added to their Journal Score when calculating their Royal Points once the following requirements are met:

    Elves - acquire the Archery Talent Journal Achievements
    Giants - acquire the Lance Talent Journal Achievements"
