I want to play mabinogi again but need an appeal

So I’ve been playing mabinogi for several years :( couple months ago they banned my account. I tried multiple times to see why all they said was nexon detected something suspicious. How does suspiciousness lead to a ban tho? Shouldn’t I be guilty for a ban to occur? I need help with this situation

    Of course you have to contact support if you want to find out what the problem is. Make it clear that you don't know what the problem is but that you want to cooperate to correct it, since any indiscretion, on your part, was, of course, out of ignorance of the rules rather than disregarding them; right?

    Thanks. I will try but the last few times I tried to co-operate they shut me down completely. Only in the beginning they told me Nexon detected suspicious activity. After multiple times of me trying to reach out to them with my concern they said won’t reply to my appeals anymore after checking for me just to not tell me what was wrong or what can be avoided. :( I’ll still give it a shot because I don’t think it’s fair. I’ve seen people who were actually doing horrible things like hacking in game to cheat the system and they are appealed a couple of weeks later.

    this is a really scary thing that just happens sometimes, my sibling has had her account banned randomly twice (we are both old players with decade+ old accounts) and she doesn't cheat or even know how to. the last time they banned her they said they wouldn't let her back in the next time, we still don't even know why she was ever banned in the first place. i hope you get your account back and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, it sucks.

    This just happened to me. I got banned suddenly but my appeal didn't get accepted. They stated the in game security detected suspicious activity for botting or hacking but I've never done either nor would I ever do such a thing. Hacking and botting ruins the game for everyone else and I would never want to do that! All my attempts to get the ban lifted tho have been rejected because there's no real way for me to prove I'm innocent. I'm completely lost and devastated because I've lost everything I worked so hard to get. I don't know what to do at this point other then to start over but the thought of doing so makes my chest feel heavy to the point I can't bring myself to do anything.

    Nexon NA Dosent care about its players so contacting support wont do anything if you want to play make a new account and give them more money then you can play
