Need advice

After a long while, i decided to be playing Mabinogi again. One thing i noticed is, that i cant find the Beginner Talent Quests on the Beginner Board anymore. Searching the internet, i haven't really found any clue on what makes them appear, the closest beeing a guess that Blaanid's Beginner Quests have to be done first. Anyone having any information if thats true and if the whole questline need to be done, or only to a certain point?

Speaking of Blaanid, her Questline gives (among other things) several cummulative levels. Trying to not rush too fast forward, i wanted to ask what drawbacks there are if my cummulative level gets too high?

    Is this a new account or at least a new character? IIRC the beginner quests are related to the talent you choose. Bear in mind the quest window has many tabs, you may have to look through them.
