    Ya, it kinda makes it sound like its supposed to repair MAX dura, but thats not the case, its just a portable 95% npc that can repair every kind of item. On the bright side, it DOES have the 100% repair option, so its not completely worthless, only mostly worthless.

    I wouldn't say its worthless at all. This pretty much allows you to repair while in a dungeon, right?

    I'd say if anything is worthless, it's the remote repair coupons in VIP now. :P

    To be fair, these things are usable to everyone nearby for 2 minutes and can repair any item (instead of having to use a coupon for Blacksmith, one for Magic Shop, one for Alchemist, one for clothes) and still let you use the 100% repair feature.

    It's still got its perks.
