I remember briefly seeing a third weapon slot in cash shop while on hiatus for first and secondary equipment but I can't seem to find anything on it was this a limited sell like pet metals

    You just buy another expansion coupon and it'll add the third slot.

    just keep in mind that these are duration equipment slots. Buying them give you a 30 day use of extra equipment slots. They don't actually last forever. I bought them thinking they did last forever

    You don't have to buy the expansion again. Just have to add another 30 day use similar to style tab

    ... you should still get the extra equipment slot? It's not restricted to Premium+ functionality, but if you have 0 time left you can't actually use it.

    That being said, equipment stays in the slots (even through Rebirths) so it's handy storage if you let it expire after placing everything there. THAT being said, once you take the equipment out, you can't put it back until you buy more duration.
