New Instrument: Bagpipe!

Give us a bagpipe instrument! Let us spread the sounds across Erinn and have the fans rock along. :D

    They'd have to set up the data file similarly to how the electric guitar works in Mabinogi: where there are two separate ranges to represent different sounds. The bagpipes consist of the drone pipes and the chanter. So one range of notes would be used for the drone pipes and the other for the chanter. In the mean time, you can fake it with a Chalumeau and Flute doing the drone and a Roncadora doing the chanter part.
