    dex gives you more damage quicker in both cases go for the dex dump.

    Damage done with chain blades are influenced by the user's dexterity and luck.
    Every 2.5 Dex adds +1 to Maximum Chain Slash Damage; 3.5 Dex adds +1 to Minimum Chain Slash Damage.
    Every 4 Luck adds +1 to Maximum Chain Slash Damage; 5 Luck adds +1 to Minimum Chain Slash Damage.

    25 dex + 25 luck > 36 dex

    25 dex + 25 luck = 16.25 damage
    36 dex = 14.4 damage

    Dex also ends up getting capped easier whereas luck will pretty much be impossible to cap right now.

    If the goal is to maximize chain damage, the optimal point distribution is :
    - Dex : +31 (112 points)
    - Luck : +17 (38 points)

    This will grant 16.65 max damage (and 12.26 min)
