I was recommended to make a post about my ticket by GM Rylanche in hopes that the Game Team can further review and possibly apply my request in future updates.
I am here to make a post regarding my issue with my Altruist Rank points decreasing by 2450 to 1716 (2330 points with screenshot proof) as of June 20th after maintenance in hopes of reviving my lost point to 2450 points and or 2330 due to having screenshot proof of having 2330 points.

Questions that must be noted
1. This was not caused by the Server Merge on June 3rd (This happened on June 20th)
2. On June 3rd Altruist Ranks were reset on the 3 servers that were formed into Nao (Altruist Ranks were NOT reset on Alexina.)
3. I am an Alexina player.
4. This did not happen due to points going down over time. (This happened within one day and was a loss of over 700 points.)
5. Points only change by around 10 points and go up and down at random (They DO NOT only decrease over time.)
6. This problem only affected me, nobody else lost any points on Alexina.

As of 2019/6/18 I had 2330 Altruism Points.
As of 2019/6/19 I have 1716 Altruism Points which is one day later.

I am honestly not sure, I don't use the forums often. But I was recommend to post about this on this part of the forums so I'm just rolling with it.
I don't know the system and what points are used for, but a sudden discrepancy of 600 points on anything should be looked at.
Not to mention it'd take me around 1-2 weeks of effort to get to where I was, And I have no clue if I could end up losing my points again if I tried to get them back.
