    To catch a 300 fish, you'd want to manually catch because there's a -10% penalty to size (at rank 1) regardless of titles or anything else. Rank 1 also gives about a +20% bonus to fish size, on top of reforges or title bonuses. Finally, using a Lemongrass candle improves fish size as well (not sure if +10cm or +10%).

    Interesting note about reforges is that they supposedly give a flat bonus and not a percent, and the automatic might be bigger than the manual (although the 10% penalty has to be considered as well).

    If you don't have Rank 1, you should know that AP training fishing is very cheap up until the last few ranks, but can cut out a huge portion of time waiting for fish.

    So tldr: Manual Catch + Rank 1 Bonus + Second Title Bonus to Size + Reforges + Lemongrass Candle
