Blaanid's quest hearth and homestead. isnt workin

The quest wont get past asking me to talk to Blaanid, I have a homestead already from before Blaanid was put in game, and I have 20+ homestead stones. Once I talk to her, she goes through asking me to get a homestead, and thats all it just repeats.

    Talk to Blaanid in Dunbarton after gathering 10 Homestead Stones
    Get your Homestead to Lv. 3
    Place the Speedwell Blaanid gave you in your Homestead

    Those are the three requirements. If you failed to notice the third, that would be the easiest solution.
