Trying to trade a Crystal Deer

I bought a Crystal Deer a long time ago. Would I be able to trade the pet in a Pet Adoption medal? I believe they are a limited time event pet, and the medal says I can't use it for those kinds

I just read this https://support.nexon.net/hc/en-us/articles/360001358306-NX-Credit-Restrictions which says "The Pet Adoption Medal cannot be purchased with NX Credit until a character has reached level 32,000." That seems pretty high...

    If that is the level requirement with credit, really the only way is to get prepaid NX to buy a medal or wait for an event that gives out medals as rewards.
