Inventory: highlight items that will expire

In the inventory window, once an inventory item has expired, it is given a different background colour to make it stand out. That is, it's easy to spot expired items when it's too late to use them.

It would be useful to also highlight the items that will expire but haven't yet done so, using a different background colour to those that have expired.

Currently, when you have several expiring items, it's too easy to forget about one, only to reminded too late when it gets highlighted as expired.

The 3-Sept-2020 quality of life updates improved the situation here. Now, when we click the icon to delete expired inventory items, it also highlights items which will expire soon. Which is probably better than the solution I suggested since it means the highlighting on soon-to-expire icons isn't permanently on, which could have become irritating. So, thanks for that.

However, there's a problem. If we don't currently have any expired items, clicking the icon to delete expired items just displays the message "You have no expired items". That is, if we don't have any expired items, there's no way to get the system to highlight the items that are soon-to-expire. So the program logic needs a tweak here.

If we have no expired items but do have have some soon-to expire items:
    * Clicking the icon to delete expired items should still highlight soon-to-expire items and display the dialog that lists expired items, because that dialog includes the colour key that explains the highlighting colours. However, the list of expired items will be empty.

If we have no expired items and no soon-to-expire items:
    * Then it's OK to display a message saying "You have no items with expiry dates" and not display the dialog listing expired items.

That does pose a problem if you have more than several expiring items that still have more than 7 days doesn't it.
But, I don't think we have too many items that have expiration over 7 days that we can't keep track of ourselves.

I think we should know exactly what items we have expiring in 15 days or 30 days (since there aren't too many) and that the highlight starting with one week to do is sufficient.

But saying there's no expiring items in inventory would definitely cause some confusion.
