    I think the players have become the best blacksmiths. Elen isn't good enough because Edern needs other people to help him craft stuff. Players can also repair their own equipment with the repair alters, making NPC blacksmiths all but obsolete.

    95% or 100%, up to the player when repairing just like NPCs

    Nicca's maybe even better as a blacksmith, since he falls into that same cheap realm and is riiiiight there with a warp to Qilla. Best repair town ever ♥

    Not propaganda, just the human perspective. Also Qilla Base Camp is objectively the best 'town' in Iria (and possibly all of Erinn) as all the NPCs are right there within view of each other, no running around a large area to find who you need. It does lack some of the newer NPCs though (no alch shop, no DG repairs, ect.) but every 'town' in Iria has that same issue.
