My Game wont even start up

I've been trying to get my game of Mabinogi started up after leaving it dormant long enough, but get introduced to the launcher that just shows me what the image is showing

I really dont know what to do and would like to know what.

I"m using the steam version of this game. I verified the game files integrity already so it has everything. Is there a file missing or is it a bug or...

    sometimes that error pops up. try closing any Steam windows you have open and then go back to your games and try again and it usually works. this kind of thing will also appear if the game is still under maintenance.
