-We do not want to turn away anyone while struggling to fullfill many as we can. So this choice will be made.
-We will close Alexina requests until further notice. If anyone is on waitlist or on the current list of the artist and has not done a transfer with us we will not accept any request. I apologize but please find another way to pay the artist.
-All the help we have received is appreciated; however, it's not enough for the satisfaction of everyone. Thank you. I thank everyone who contributes in providing us a stable path towards helping others.
-We will save up to a certain amount before opening Alexina requests again. Alexina and Ruairi sure have a lot of fans this year haha.

-I'm sorry but if we do leave a request alone for a period of time it is because of our hesitation to say we can't do it at this time due to lack of gold or we are too busy to check the forum.
-If the artist is already working on it or finished we are not obligated to accept it. However, when that happens please do not wait and take action by discussing options on how to go about the situation with the artist.
-It does raise questions when to know if we are available with that amount or not. Which is why I will encourage everyone to check the front page and the current reps to keep track of their banks while updating their main availability at all times as well as on our discord.
