    Thank you guys for trying your best to keep this game functioning for us!

    I've seen a lot of rage over the game going down unexpectedly, but I think a lot of people aren't looking at the bigger picture. I'm happy you guys are trying to address and fix the game's connectivity issues to stop our clients from crashing. I'm not a server-tech, but I can only assume that the process of finding the issue is a pain in the butt.

    I'm grateful that you guys are keeping us posted along the way as well. Thanks again for all your hard work, GM's. :)

    Usually "Unscheduled" means "Emergency". They didn't decide to have it. There were issues that made them have to do it. Maybe they finally had a piece of hardware die on them and they had to replace it? That can take time.
