They don't look any different to me.
But people are paying like 40 mil more for them?
When I saw "one" there were the same sparkle effect as the MMO Junkie braclets.
People are spending 40mil for sparkles?

    The "Special" version gives a set effect boost for dorcha leech and Death mark dmg boost
