Cooking Tool Upgrades

Can cooking tools even be upgraded? The wiki's all say they have a 5 step upgrade but it seems no one actually does them.

    No, they don't have any upgrades.

    It's a shame, too.

    Only way to get bonuses to your cooking with the tools is to reforge them for effects like Cooking Quality or something.

    Oh that it too bad, I have the reforges but all the tools have low durability. Could have done with a couple dura upgrades :/

    At least 100% repair is a thing now.
    More expensive, but cooking tool repair costs should be manageable.
