    They said they gonna mail it out so either gonna get mail in game or maybe mail in the forums.

    I was hoping the amount of winners would be upped, but I was expecting it to go to 20, not 40. Not that I'm complaining! I was honestly surprised at how many high quality cosplays there were. Congrats to everyone!
