Hi @Sofian , the Music Scroll Restoration Potion is specifically for a Quest in the Samhain: Times Remembered, Times Forgotten storyline. It can only be used for it's related quest and has no use or value outside of it.

Can you try changing channels/relogging after reaching Arcana Level 50 to see if that'll trigger the reward? If not, you'll need to reach out to Player Support so they can look to see why it didn't trigger for your account.

Go to Options --> Gameplay --> Display to toggle which you'd like to be visible, including 2nd Title Icons.
